whole pig roast will cater for approximately 130 people plated or 175 pork batches. Each pig is cooked whole and carved direct from a commercial BBQ onto plates or bread rolls for maximum effect. The pig can be supplied with the head on or off as you prefer. Apple sauce and stuffi ng are included in the price along with bread rolls and condiments. Each pig is freshly cooked so any meat left over can be carved for you to use
at your convenience.

The perfect 3D decoration for a special function. Can make any catering or buffet display look stunning. An actual sculpture chiselled and sawn out of a block of ice which will be placed on the table as required immediately before food is served. Sculptures range from - swans to company logo’s and almost any design is possible
(you may need to supply a copy of your logo or design to enable copying).

Fee’s from £400 + V.A.T. depending on the complexity and time taken to sculpt. The sculpture is prepared in a studio, transported to the venue in a refrigerated cabinet and then placed on show immediately before meal commences.
